What it will not do

What counts as one pack?
One trade from one drop: a folder, a zip or a set of loose files, up to 400 files and 1 GB. £19.99 gets you one trade from that pack; another trade from the same pack is another pack.
What if my trade isn’t in the pack?
The free preview shows how many lines each trade has before you pay. If your trade has none, you’ll see that and you won’t pay anything.
What can it read?
PDF, Excel (old and new), Word, PowerPoint, CSV and plain text, loose or inside a zip. CAD and model files are named in the pack list but not opened.
Does it measure drawings?
No. Drawings are listed and matched by revision so you know which ones matter to your trade and which are superseded. Every quantity comes from words or figures a document actually prints, with the page it came from.
Can I get a second trade from the same pack?
Yes. Each trade is one pack: £19.99, one of a five-pack, or one of Tendello Pro’s 15 a month.
Who else can see my pack?
Nobody. The files are deleted as soon as they are read and the trade pack comes back to your screen only; nothing from it is kept. It’s never sold or shared with anyone else.
Is it AI?
No. The reader is a rules engine: no AI model reads your pack. It lists every billed line it can read with the page or row it came from, and names any document it could not open, so you can check its working.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. Mansell Media Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the whole price.
